Folk Train: Miami Jack and his Bluegrass Allstars

We are visited each month by the Glossop Folk Train. This leaves Manchester Piccadilly on the 18.33 train*, with a group of musicians playing on the train. When they get to Glossop, they come to the Club for liquid refreshment and more music before returning to Manchester on the 21:19 train from Glossop. (*Train times may change)

This is Miami Jack and his Bluegrass Allstars’ second appearance on the Folk train after being so well received last time. High energy range of popular and less well-known bluegrass numbers.

The event is free but all guests are expected to buy at least one £2 raffle ticket, with all proceeds going to the band.

If you are not travelling on the train, you are advised to be in your seats by 7 pm.

Once you have been to one of these, you will always come back – one big busy friendly party.
